These terms cover using this site and asking us for quotes. Using the site means you accept them.
What we do
We introduce you to a solar or battery installer who works in your area, and we book the appointment. It costs you nothing: the installer pays us.
We check that an installer holds a current accreditation before they can take enquiries, and we ask them to work professionally. We do not design, quote, supply or install anything ourselves.
What we do not promise
Any quote, contract, price, product, warranty, rebate and installation is between you and the installer. We are not a party to it and we are not responsible for their work.
Rebates and incentives change, and what you are eligible for depends on your home, your installer and the rules at the time. Nothing on this site is financial, tax or engineering advice.
Nothing here takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a right cannot be excluded, it is not excluded.
What we ask of you
Give us details that are true and yours: your own contact details, and a home you own or are entitled to get quotes for. Someone else's number typed into our form wastes their time and ours.
Do not use this site to break the law, to scrape it, or to try to get at other people's enquiries.
Being contacted
When you tick the consent box, you agree that Sunlo and up to three partner installers may contact you by phone, SMS or email about your enquiry. You can stop it at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

The text, images and design of this site belong to us. The site is provided as it is; we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
