Solar quotes in Central Coast.

One accredited installer who covers Gosford, Wyong, Terrigal, The Entrance and the surrounding suburbs — not five companies ringing you at dinner time.

Worth knowing here

A lot of the housing stock is single-storey with plenty of north-facing roof, which is the easy case — so compare on the equipment and the warranty rather than on the price alone.

Beyond that, the things that decide whether solar is worth it are about your house, not your city: how much power you use in daylight, which way the roof faces, and what you pay per kilowatt-hour today. A real quote answers those. A web page cannot.

Rebates in NSW

The federal scheme takes money off the price before you pay it, so your quote almost certainly has it deducted already — ask for it as its own line. The amount depends on your postcode, the size of the system and the year, and it steps down every January, which is why there is no figure printed on this page that would be wrong by February. The current rules are at the Clean Energy Regulator. NSW may run its own programs on top; your installer deals with them weekly and can tell you which ones you qualify for.

What we check before anyone calls you

  • Accreditation, and that it has not lapsed. Installing a grid-connected solar system in Australia requires an accredited installer, and the accreditation expires. We hold the certificate, we hold its expiry date, and the platform stops sending work to a business whose accreditation has run out — automatically, on the day, rather than when somebody notices.
  • Insurance. Public liability cover, on file and in date. People are going on your roof and into your switchboard.
  • That they actually cover your address. Every installer draws the area they serve, and we match your postcode against it. It is why you do not get a call from someone three hours away who will quote high and hope you say no.
  • That they are not taking more than they can handle. There is a limit on how many installers work any one area through us, and a limit on how much work each takes at a time. An installer with a full diary is the reason a quote takes three weeks.

Those seven are the areas we can actually serve today. If you are outside them, the form will say so rather than take your details and go quiet.
